Washroom deep cleaning
A no-touch clean that gets behind the toilets, under the fixtures and up the walls, then takes the dirty water out of the room. You can smell the difference when you walk in.
Where the smell actually lives
If a washroom smells no matter how often it's cleaned, it's almost never the surfaces someone's wiping. It's the grout around the base of the toilets, the underside of the fixtures, the bottom foot of the wall. Places a cloth doesn't go.
We spray cleaner and sanitizer onto all of it, give it a few minutes to work, then rinse everything down and vacuum the dirty water off the floor. Nothing is wiped with a rag that just came off something else, and nothing is mopped around. The dirty water leaves in the tank.
Managers tell us the same thing every time: they walk in the next morning and the smell is just gone.
How it goes

Spray everything
Cleaner and sanitizer on the walls, the fixtures, behind and under the toilets, and the floor.

Let it work
A few minutes for the product to break down the buildup and whatever's causing the smell.

Rinse it all down
Low pressure, so nothing gets damaged, but enough to flush the grout and the spots behind the fixtures.

Vacuum the floor dry
All the dirty water comes off the floor and out of the grout lines, into the tank.

Touch-ups by hand
Dispensers, handles, partitions, mirrors. Then the room's dry and ready to open.

What it looks like on the job
The video at the top of this page is one of our washroom jobs, start to finish. Everything gets scrubbed, then every bit of dirty water is vacuumed up and leaves in the tank. Nothing gets pushed around with a mop.
